*Official* Fourth Test at Headingley

Just got in. Dont believe this bowling by Anderson and Harmison. And whats this horrible 7 - 2 field to Clarke with Broad serving up dross yards outside offstump?

Swann's bowling all-right. Getting some nice drop, I think. Still bowling a little too quick though.

May be time to bring Onions on.

Edit/ Nah, Broad is still on. Dont like this round the wicket to the left hander, and too wide of the crease in any case, imo.

Bloody hell, Haddin's scored more runs this series than any Pommie bat bar Strauss and he's missed a test.

This is embarassing for England. A metre outside off? You're pathetic, Strauss. Have a ****ing dig ****.
Dead right. His captaincy has regularly been ****e this series, but this is spineless in the extreme. Make's KP's brief reign look like a golden age.

Hopefully the Headingly faithful will let him know exactly what they make of it.

Its utterly supine is what it is. Pathetic. Did not think England would give up so easily or so quickly.

Strauss probably doesnt want Onions on because he tends to bowl wicket to wicket. Heaven forbid the possibility of that.

Onions must be wondering why he bothered turning up today. Took 1 for 28 in his last 10 overs and hasn't had a look-in since.
Seemingly gets it far too close to the stumps for England's current plans for the quicks. If he could get on and spray a few 4 feet outside off-stump he might get himself a few more overs.

No Onions this morning. Probably doesn't bowl enough long hops to figure in the plans

Edit - and here he is on cue to try and close the stable door as the horse disappears ove the horizon....
