Think Manhas might be better off in there ahead of Shukla. Also Suman is an opener while Kohli usually comes in at 3.

Not sure who should be captain although I guess Dhoni is a fair call. Since points double for the captain, Kohli might not be the worst choice either. Bowls a bit and gets a few wickets with the ball without giving away too many. Also very consistent with the bat and can score quick.
