Bingo. We've seen Parchment. He's the sort of altenative they can come up with. Ganga outscores all comers in domestic cricket and has the technique to succeed in tests, even though he rarely does. I'm yet to be convinced there's a better option, though, even if he does only average 25.In before the PEWS rage.
I know very little about WI domestic cricket, but I'm assuming that there aren't any suitable replacements for him?

Not for another four years or so.Actually, could NZ's answer to Andrew Symonds - Andre Adams - become eligible for the Windies?
Gareth Breese? No.Surely that West Indian all-rounder who plays for Durham could do better than Darren Ganga?
Brendan Nash tbh.
Is Brendan Nash an opener? Always thought he was a bowler who batted. Maybe that was Don Nash. What happened to that Aussie bat with a Jamaican father who'd gone to qualify for the Windies? Is that the Nash J90 refers to?
Neither of them are openers either. Always thought both looked decent bats at three and six respectively, but Wavell is getting on a bit these days and Ryan seems to have disappeared. What about Wavell and Ryan Hinds?
