Most of those wickets are marginal in isolation, but the big picture is all about lazy stroke play.

Not much chance of reaching 300 then...
300+ is still what you'd expect from 260-7 off 44 with England's batting.

There's obviously capacity for 280ao, but there's also capacity for 320-330 if Buttler bats through and Plunkett connects a few times.

There's no way KW trusts Southee, but with 5 overs to go, may as well look.

Yea there's more mitigation with having to dry the ball. So they he may get away with a suspended ban depending on whether he's had a telling off in the past 12 months.
