Rehan is certainly more of a specialist spinner than Bethell, and could legitimately be a middle order or a top order option...no point getting worked up about his chances though as it'll be Dawson

Gambhir is tactically inept and has made blunder after blunder and he can't afford another series defeat here. His position is going to be under some threat if scoreline is 3-1 in favor of Eng. So he is understandably feeling the heat, but is foolishly venting out on others! He has no one to blame but himself for his situation. Keep Kuldeep out every test match. Play trundlers. Keeping picking batting-allrounders at the expense of bowlers. Make no plans for opposition batters. A good for nothing coach at test level.
