*Official* Sri Lanka in South Africa 2020/21 Tests

This is a very good test now! I have the week off. And with no family or friends to visit in these weird times, this is nice in a way.

1st Test, Aus vs India, Adelaide oval 17th-21st December

I was assuming he was injured or otherwise unavailable. I see hasn't played since the 2018 series in England. Averaging 20 was not great, but doing so as an opener, facing Anderson, Broad, Woakes & Curran in English conditions, is hardly a reason to kick him out for good.

1st Test, Aus vs India, Adelaide oval 17th-21st December

Nah. He's always been like that. It's one of those things. I used to think of him (as did many, many others) as a thinking cricketer. I'm afraid he never was. Just a big bluf, with gazillions of talent to drift and spin the ball at will. Since I heard him commentating, I slowly but surely came...

How many overs tonight? About 6?

Not 100% sure on Ponting. He had his bad moments.

Who called for the 2nd run? Paine or Starc?

Because they felt lucky. I can see why!

Went through the off stump, by the looks....

The Aussie openers might not have scored any runs of notice, however, their partnership was the only one lasting for more than 10 overs.

1st Test, Aus vs India, Adelaide oval 17th-21st December

Four drops, yet Aus are 119/7. Otherwise a very good test this. A first innings lead of 100 runs always puts a team in the driving seat. Yet, loads of cricket to come and I really look forward to it!

1st Test, Aus vs India, Adelaide oval 17th-21st December

Trolling, surely. I mean, Bradman apart, only Marnus has a higher career average over the last 1000 years of test cricket.

Is there a chance Ishant will be playing any of the other tests?

I do trust technology. As it can be tested, tested, tested & improved, again, again & again. That was out!

1st Test, Aus vs India, Adelaide oval 17th-21st December

I like that arguement. What I wonder is this: If you run out your captain, and more importantly the best batsman in the team, will you be able to clear your head? The silly run-out might count for two wickets....

This. Mistakes will happen. But saving your arse rather than Kohli's is just wrong.

*Official* West Indies Tour of England 2020

According to unibet, WI are marginally favourites anyway.

Why not 5 or 10? I don't think that would lead to watching review after review.

Didn't really need the slomo to see that either.

Only just now, betting odds are in WI's favour. Am I missing something? From here Windies are massive-ish favourites, not?
