@SparkPrasidh must play oval test. I still believe there is a test quality bowler in him
Yeah fair I'll shut upHe’s having a dig at Australia, but India won here in 2007 anyway
Nah even he was saying on the mic that it was embarrassing that Sundar was not shaking his hand. What's embarrassing, Mr. Crawley, is coming 90 seconds late just because you were scared that the world's best bowler was about to eat you for breakfast. What makes me fume is that India let him get away and make 80 odd. Other than the fact that he's from the Southeast and he has an aristocrat father who's mates with Rob Key, I can think of nothing else going his way.Stokes belong in a 6x9 gaol. The only good guy in the England team is Zak Crawley

Yeah, Engerlund typically graceless whilst saving test match cricket.Well done to the Indians for staying on, bit of a dick move to have a go at two players for wanting their hundreds, Test match hundreds stay with you forever and besides they have worked bloody hard to get to this position
no way that’s genuine flopperyTo me it seemed that Stokes main intention in using Brook as a bowling option was to make Jadeja and Sundar feel bad for scoring their hundreds. He even told Jadeja more or less that his hundred doesn't mean much cause he's facing Harry Brook, that was really unnecessary.
In fairness, the issue with pitches isn’t on Stokes, he’s wanted fast bouncy wickets for some time, what he’s ended up getting is, erm, not quite that!no way that’s genuine floppery
grow up and roll out better pitches if you don’t want jadeja to dogwalk your bowling on day five
that’d help your guys get ready for australia tbf and it would play to stokes and archer’s strengthsIn fairness, the issue with pitches isn’t on Stokes, he’s wanted fast bouncy wickets for some time, what he’s ended up getting is, erm, not quite that!
He's got red hair, so that's a given.I think he has a bit of a temper
Selecting him would probably be the easiest way to get him in there.Morkel: 'We're trying our best to find ways for Kuldeep to get in'
There was a fair bit of rain before this Test (probably the reason why we didn’t see as many issues with the ball as we did in the first three Tests) but it’s been an unusually dry summer here which is probably the biggest reason we are seeing these pitchesthat’d help your guys get ready for australia tbf and it would play to stokes and archer’s strengths
but it would feel so strange for england to become renowned for pitches like that!
He was asking for this for The Ashes in 2023.In fairness, the issue with pitches isn’t on Stokes, he’s wanted fast bouncy wickets for some time, what he’s ended up getting is, erm, not quite that!
After the Edgbaston road, McCullum asked for "“Something with a bit more pace, a bit more bounce, and maybe a little bit of sideways, hopefully.” and there was sideways at Lord's but no real pace or bounce, and we all saw Old Trafford. I don't think there is much the curators can even do at this point. He was asking for this for The Ashes in 2023.
It's almost like the natural conditions in the UK don't support that kind of pitch being ordered like you're at Maccas getting a cheeseburger. Either that, or the groundsmen are strongly anti-Stokes and just ****ing it up on purpose.
Yeah, I'm sure there isn't. The danger of trying to manufacture the pitches you want instead of playing with what you've got is you potentially bring the away team into it a bit more by giving them something closer to what they are used to. England's biggest strength at home (like all home teams) has always been their familiarity with the conditions. I don't really get what they'd gain by changing those conditions to follow Stokes' plan, although I suppose they think it will help both their bats and bowlers. I don't think Australia were overly intimidated when it was suggested these be the pitches for 2023 though. Our bowlers would have enjoyed it.After the Edgbaston road, McCullum asked for "“Something with a bit more pace, a bit more bounce, and maybe a little bit of sideways, hopefully.” and there was sideways at Lord's but no real pace or bounce, and we all saw Old Trafford. Yesterday?stokes acting like i did when i went on a mountain hike when fat
I think Crawley was the cause of England getting two warnings for the way the ball was thrown in to the keeperStokes belong in a 6x9 gaol. The only good guy in the England team is Zak Crawley
