Who would you recruit for the IPL in the January auction?
Indian top players are more valuable because they compete for 7 spots in the team while overseas players have only 4 spots. KKR have this problem where Shakib Al Hassan has to sit out while Rajat Bhatia gets every game- ganeshran

Our batting has always been decent at home, even overseas batting has never looked hapless. but Fletcher has had close to 3 years to improve the bowling and has zilch to show for it. Even if cricket has to survive without India which is entirely possible, the administrators in other boards and players will still have to settle for lesser pay packets. There wouldnt be any money to skim off for the smaller boards and they will have to run a tight ship. e.g. SLC would no longer...- ganeshran

I don't think Stokes/Buttler would have been bought tbh. English players likely to be bought if available are Broad, Bopara, Shah, KP, Azhar Mahmood (if he counts) .- ganeshran
