Bazball is dead and England finally returning to play traditional test cricket although there are still some hacks in the team who are continuing to play the fraudulent Bazball philosophy of cricket

For India, hopefully we have someone new at the helm for red ball. About time some serious action is taken for constantly bottling games from winning positions. Need a big dick personality in the dressing room.

I hate to be a downer after such a great game but what’s the deal with people praising Jadeja? How does striking at 30 batting with the tail for three hours and getting stranded 20 runs short count as a good innings? I thought Bumrah and Siraj did their part sticking around and Jadeja just couldn’t get the job done.

Bashir and Crawley have had sizeable contributions in this game. Unsung heroes of this England side.

Well it was clearly working because we were only 20 runs away when it looked at one stage we'd lose by 70-80, I dont know what your point is lol.

There is literally nothing else he can do with every single fielder on the boundary, unless you're expecting him to be prime Viv Richards.

He marshalled two pretty rank bunnies to within 22 of a total, his team having been 8 down with >70 still needed.

I mean, he could've said "Fuck it" and have a slog, if that's your go, but was a pretty damn fair (and atypical) effort, IMHO.
