My slowest ball has been clocked at 27 mph and I've taken wickets with it, but I presume you're just talking professional cricket.

Alternatively - 5 is the ideal position to change a game, if you have some batting insurance from 6-8

In this lineup no one else can really bat 5. NKR should have been down at 8, Jaddu 6 and Washy 7.
