Bizarre match, I keep thinking Zim are completely & utterly gone, yet they keep teasing. Probably just lost a wicket or 2 too many, but not all that far off the RRR.
Indeed, if only they had shown little more discipline with the ball.

What happens to NRR calculation when target is revised for the chasing? Is it possible to have negative NRR for the winning side out of the match?

What a knock ..!!! Zim bowling looks very weak at the moment. Ireland most likely will get on top of Zim if they bowl like this.

I'm not sure, but I think the NRR for the chasing side is calculated with the whole 50 overs as the denominator, not the actual overs they did bat. I might be completely off the mark.

There's no way the side winning can have NRR, because if their NRR is x, the side losing automatically gets -x NRR.
Right?

RS = Runs you Scored
OF = Overs you faced

RC = Runs you Conceded
OB = Overs you bowled

NRR = [ RS / OF ] - [ RC / OB ]

Not always. If you're bowled out, use 50 overs for OF or vice versa if you bowl the opposition out.
