The target was revised because some time was lost due to rain. Zimbabwe only have 48 overs to chase the score rather than 50 so they have to chase slightly less.

I don't think so. When he gets fed up with ZC administration (which happens fairly regularly) he often goes off to play hockey in South Africa. Apparently he was looking at English league cricket when the last coach was at the helm but the eleventh hour change for the World Cup saw him come back into the ODI fold.

If he actually gets a county offer he'll be off in a flash though.
