Taylor didn't even score runs against Bangladesh though. He's scored his centuries away vs India and Sri Lanka and while he didn't get centuries in England he was our best batsman of the series.

It's not the amount of turn, it's the speed of the turn.
When none of our batsmen can pick him or get near the pitch of the ball of course it's going to look like that. Narine really isn't getting that much from the wicket from what I'm seeing.

he pitches it in the same place every time and doesn't flight it. coming down the track and creating a full toss a good option?

Taylor needs to try to take more of the strike vs Narine. If Anderson faces over after over it's only a matter of time before the wicket.

Warning - armchair expert ahead

It seems like we really do need to make more of an effort to get to the pitch of narine. He's threatening so much because Anderson is standing limply at the crease to fullish balls and trying to read him off the pitch.

Southee in next to pinch hit Narine imo. He's going to hit out whenever he comes in so send him in with Watling still to come.

Shot.
