Seeing Craig McDermott in the post-match interviews was both startling and depressing. I remember him, all too clearly, as a teenager in 85. Even now he's only 48 yet he looks the better part of twice that. Jeesh.

He is 48? Seriously. Good god he looks 60 if he is a day.

This game still doesn't feel like a contest despite England being in not too bad of a position, you just know if one of these two batsmen nick off in the first four or five overs tomorrow then we wont make 220. Even though England have fought better in this innings it still has a patronising feel to it, like the chubby kid on sports day who everybody cheers on for participating but all know has no chance in hell of actually winning anything.
Yeah, reckon there is something in this.

England are fighting hard, they are having a decent crack here.........but the difference in quality of these 2 teams at the moment is still glaringly obvious. The "half successes" we are clinging too are an improvement, but just simply still not enough.

Needs to be said. What a spastic shot from Watson the other day.

Someone needs to do a 'oh no' montage. Would pay big bucks to watch that

Has had a hard post-cricket life. Finances, bankruptcy, *** tapes. Would take its toll on any man, let alone a ranga who spent 20 years in the sun for 6 hours a day.

What the **** is this editing about, great point by Nas about Stokes though. A youngster does okay everyone says he's great an older guy does the same and he's been rubbish.
