Yusuf's an allrounder, and has been selected as one. He certainly shouldn't be anywhere near the squad if his bowling isn't expected to factor into selection.
He's a handy bowler as the IPL final showed, but I wouldn't want to entrust him with 10 overs against quality bats. Selected mainly as a batsman who can take a chunk out of the fifth bowlers quota.

The Pakistani bowling has been weak, and struggled on this slow pitch. Even the usually effective Tanvir was well below par, and that's saying something. Wahab Riaz got two wickets, but had as many no-balls and wides each- or probably more. But then, there's no point blaming the bowling when the fielding has been so sub-par, in slips, at long-on, square leg or even behind the stumps.

The Indian batting has had a great start. Let's just hope there's no middle-order implosion as has often happened.

Raina's batting way too low. Should've swapped him with Yusuf, he could've had time to build an innings and Pathan would be perfect to come in around now.

Yuvraj now out. Crunched by Umar Gul. Eight overs to go and only Raina is the top-seven batsman left. Luckily there's Irfan, Chawla and Praveen Kumar.

6 down now with nigh on 200 still left to chance, so much for my tip of Pakistan winning this…

Well, Lawson wanted a win by 150 runs. He got it by 140, though probably not the side he was hoping for.

Also, Chawla 4/40, looks nice. I didn't watch it live, how did he bowl?

bowled well.mixed up his deliveries-he got a wicket off a googly and one which skidded on too.

Pathan looked off colour, but Kumar, Ishant and Chawla look like a formidable trio for the future. Kumar got some massive swing and seems to have a style tailor made for 50 over cricket, whereas Ishant displayed the pace and bounce which made him a star in Australia. I am a massive fan of the lifting delivery short of a length which he gets to leave the right handed batsman.
