The Black Caps will be touring Bangladesh as planned, despite reports casting a shadow on their tour in October.
The series doesn't have a broadcaster.
The Bangladesh Cricket Board floated the tender in the middle of last month but hadn't received any bids from local television networks by last week's deadline.
It's now expected they'll enter talks with broadcasters who expressed an interest in the rights, but failed to place a formal offer.
A New Zealand Cricket spokesperson says the tour is locked in and a party will be heading to the country shortly to check out facilities as planned.

Batsman Martin Gutpill has been ruled out of the BLACKCAPS tour of Bangladesh in October due to finger and ankle injuries.
The 26-year-old fractured a bone in his right little finger while batting in the Caribbean Premier League recently. Since arriving back in New Zealand, specialists have advised Guptill that he will not require surgery but the finger needs to be immobilised in a splint. A full recovery is expected within three to five weeks.
However, BLACKCAPS physiotherapist Paul Close has been monitoring a right ankle injury that Guptill has been carrying for the past year. Close says they have now been advised that surgery is required and this will happen next month.
The recovery from the ankle operation will mean Guptill will miss the Bangladesh tour with a possible return for the tour to Sri Lanka in November.
The Test squad for the Bangladesh tour will be named by BLACKCAPS Head Coach Mike Hesson and new General Manager National Selection Bruce Edgar on Friday 6 September in Auckland.
