****Official****Pakistan in South Africa

State Regular
Brilliant from both. But very feeble lower order is coming up, so they need to see of the new ball as well otherwise SA might roll them over.

UDRS to the wescue!!

Restores one's faith, this partnership.

Good as SA's attack (or the seam 4/5ths of it) is, it shows what can be achieved with application.

Wasn't that an issue with the weather though?

Reading the comments about this one, if Hotspot hadn't indicated a nick, wasn't he LBW anyway?

I don't know about this one tbf :p

but why was the weather only a problem with the pak team. Similar kind of decision was not given for SA but was given for Pak. And a decision for SA was over turned but a similar not for SA. Not that it would have made material difference in the end result due to pakistan's pathetic performance BUT it added to the ****tiness

International Regular
Much better performance from Pakistan today on a less threatening pitch. Neither Steyn, nor Philander have been able to wreak havoc. Steyn would be disappointed with only one in the wickets column after his team have elected to field first.

With SA batting last, Ajmal may well be factor.
But he maintained a brilliant economy rate!

south africa well and truly in the driving seat especially that last wicket of Younis really giving them the extra kick......Pakistan to roll over for less than 300 surely tomorrow morning?
