After doing quite a lot of captaining at junior level, I've learnt that setting fields for good bowling when your bowlers are crap doesn't work.

Pietersen will like this wicket better. Will get better value for his shots.

Yeah but this is India at home on a bunsen burner. If they can't bowl well on this and you just accept that the odd good shot/bad delivery will happen.

Good session again, bubbling up nicely this test. Could come down to which side has a brainfart session and loses the plot/game in one go.

But they're likely to bowl the odd bad delivery, short and wide to Cook, so you might as well have someone out there. It means every bad ball bowled is only 1 instead of 4.

Doing it when they are 300 behind and it is the start of the innings makes little sense. Keep the men up and the pressure on. Ok drop them back if a guy is set by all means but try and pressurise a guy, especially an accumulator like Cook who won't be fussed if it is 1 or 4.

Yeah we don't crap in the first world; most of us would actually have no idea what that was emanating from Ajmal's backside. Why isn't it roses and rainbows like what happens here? PEWS's retort to Ganeshran on Daemon's picture depicting Ajmal's excreta

Harbhajan just **** off.

Both Harbhajan and Yuvraj in the test team, really distressing stuff.
