^ i really dont understand how can IPL be more popular then the national team? dont you guys have any national pride any more?

We all have national pride at every scene, but when you have so many tournaments scheduled for your team, you wonder, is it national pride you're playing for, or money, TRPs, cricket ratings and other credits? There's no real pride in winning mere exhibition tournaments- they have to win the ones that count- the World Cup, the Champions' Trophy and any event in Australia, South Africa and New Zealand- of course, that's from an Indian angle.

Indeed.

He has been in poor form since the 2007 World Cup, but the fact that he is a very good batsman should count in his favour. Nazimuddin has a List A average of 25, nowhere near the same class.

I've been quite impressed with the Hong Kong bowlers to be honest. Irfan, especxially had a lot of accuracy and got good swing - he got up to 130kph too, so isn't slow.

Pakistan are so weird. They can lose to Ireland and perhaps Hong Kong, but then also beat the best countries the next day.

Hong Kong are not favorites by far, but with a sub-200 total, it just takes one innings or a couple drops to give them a real chance.

i dont think right now its about who wins because HK never had a chance it just shows how bad pakistan really are and how they depend on two batsmen and when they fail pakistan fail.
