    Good idea. Have you already selected all the players eligible for the side? And if so what was the criteria? I'm voting for Tendulkar and Gilchrist.

    I already have a top 100 ODI batsmen list. So, I just select from there. Maybe the top 6 candidates for each position? 12, if there are two positions to be filled.

    At this stage, I think the voting will be for:
    2 opening batsmen
    1 no.3
    3 middle order batsmen (wicketkeeper should be in top 6, we all know it's going to be Gilly anyway).
    2 all-rounders
    2 opening bowlers
    1 specialist spinner

    tendulkar and haynes...gilchrist is definitely not fit to be an all-time odi team opener...there are so many openers in that list better at the job than him...
