IIRC The Netherlands were lacking RtD and Cooper and ended up 4th.

If the qualifier had been earlier this year rather than 2 years ago, I'm sure Afghanistan would be competing.

Afghans would have been there and Kenya and Canada certainly wouldn't have got through. Both are awful. Not too sure who the other may have been but i bet you could drag a team out of the pub who could play just as badly as Kenya and Canada.
