The thing about Scotland is, the thing you have to remember, is... well... Scotland are pitiful, they'll never win anything except in truly global sports like curling and snooker. That's why you can sort of get behind tartan halfwits occasionally because there's never any danger of them actually winning something. So it's more amusing to see them get their hopes up, like when the pillocks went on Top of the Pops singing how they'd win the World Cup and then got humiliated in the first round again.
