Worst prime minister in Australian history, by a margin so large it isn’t funny.

Except it was funny, because he’s such a ****

Far more prestigious tbh.

Remember when Abbott was PM and brought knighthoods back before awarding one to Prince Phillip?

What a time to be alive.
Phil deserved it though. I was glad to see him get some reward for a life of service.

Tom Curran to not only break into the England odi XI for the WC but to come out as our leading wicket taker

International Debutant
1. Smith to have a mediocre year after recall and average in low 40s. Warner recall delayed.
2. New Zealand to win WC 2019. Kane Williamson ordained God status.
3. Kohli to have a mediocre world cup, and test season till he buckles up towards end of 2019 to once again silence critics.
4. Ravi Shastri to deliver a baby girl whom he christens Kalyani Black.
5. England will have a torrid Ashes against Aussies. A resurgent Bancroft will have a great series followed by Handscomb and Paine.
6. Afghanistan beats Ireland.
7. Shubman Gill debuts for India against WI and scores 3 hundreds on the trot.

Will Smith bossing it in England right after coming back, enabling his team to win in England after 17 years be a bigger accomplishment than India winning in Australia?

If this is finally the summer that Anderson declines, then Australia might get their chance.

First Class Debutant
Australia will finish near the bottom of the World Cup group stage with only a couple of wins.

England will fail to win the World Cup again.

India will reach the semi-finals amid much chest thumping from their fans and players. Once there, Bumrah will get an early wicket only for it to be called a no-ball. He will then be smashed to all parts and India will be set a huge total. Virat, who will have notched up centuries against Sri Lanka, West Indies and Afghanistan in the group stages, will then make his customary 1(6) in a knockout chase as India are flattened and knocked out. Burning effigies, stone pelting yadda yadda yadda.

Yeah, all "gutsy" calls, I know.

Depends what team he's playing for. If it's Australia he'll be our first ever African-American cricketer which is exciting.

Anderson won't ever decline enough to be ineffective in England. He could be playing as a 55 year old and still average sub-20 at home.

He'll never forget to swing the ball, yeah. Loss of pace might reduce his threat though.

Actually that isn't implausible at all. Look at somebody like Darren Stevens, looks like he's absolutely taking the piss but he still takes county wickets
