Come to think of it, I'm quite flabbergasted he's taken that many wickets in England.
He's only ever struggled on the subcontinent.

Taibu for not supporting Heath Streak and the other so-called 'rebels'. Heath Streak said he was disappointed in him.

McKenzie is representing the whole DRY, DRY South African cricket team. What a bunch of humourless prats. You know how Rigor (Mark Richardson) races against the slowest member of the opposing team at the end of each test series (beat Danish Kaneria and Darren Lehmann, but lost to Ashley Giles). Well South Africa are such a competitive sour bunch of swines who were p...sed off that NZ drew the test series with them, that instead of putting their slowest member in they put one of their fastes, mckenzie, who used to be a sprint champion, and he walloped rigor. How DRY.

Gillespie, for being the dumbest person to ever play cricket and giving pacers a bad name.. C'mon have you ever seen him get interviewed. The guys an imbecile. He just grates me with his loutishness.
OK, fair enough - but IMO Gillespie is bettered (or "worsed") among Aussies by Brad Williams.
Just ask iamdavid (when he turns-up again).

Give me the bloody source, will you?!!!!
Incidentally, he's been better on his two most recent trips, hasn't he

Kasprowicz has taken more wickets in England (or, more significantly, his strike-rate has been lower) - hence, the English batsmen, while they've scored runs off him quicker, have lost their wickets in the process.
The Australians, while they've not scored as quickly, have ended with considerably more runs.
Hence, the Australian competition is of a higher standard.
This is incorrect. Kasprowicz takes wickets more cheaply in Australia.

Warne or McGrath would be better examples...

First-class Bowling For Hampshire and Victoria by Shane Warne

Hampshire 6309 2851 121 23.56 6-34 8 0 52.1 2.71
Victoria 9701 4375 124 35.28 6-42 6 0 78.2 2.70

First-class Bowling For Worcestershire and New South Wales by Glenn McGrath

Worcestershire 2494 132 1057 80 8-41 13.21 6 3 31.1 2.54
New South Wales 5696 281 2385 86 5-36 27.73 3 0 66.2 2.51

These figures are skewed tho because when they played for the English county side they were probably International players whereas their Aussie side figures include when they just started their careers - compare like for like dates and they'll probably be closer although I'm sure there will still be a significant gap between the averages.

Only if there were two Warne's and two Murali's. They are in both teams. :p
Wouldn't that add to the fun, seeing those 2 in tandem against both batting line ups?

I'd say Sehwag matches Gillespie in terms of 'imbecility' if that's a word, and this too coming from a Sehwag fan!

I'm a huge fan of his, but have you ever seen Sehwag been interviewed?

Good Lord, its embarassing.
Is he full of himself ?

Of course, and imagine Warne and Murali bowling to themselves! :p

Would be interesting - he knows what ball he's going to face, but would he be able to deal with it?

Won't. Too much fun. :D
Haha. Funny as. 8-)
I'm not too bothered, really, but I am just a little interested, because I've never heard of anything that can search the annals of the First-Class game below the Test level.
That 8-) isn't meant to be too sarcastic, BTW.

Favourite XI

Mike Atherton*
SS Das
Michael Vaughan
Brian Lara
Stuart Law
Andrew Flintoff
Jack Russell+
Chris Schofield
Wasim Akram
Shane Warne
Dave Mohammed

only 5 Lancashire players. Nowhere near enough for bias to be called into question...3 wrist spinners, too

Least favourite XI(I don't 'hate' anybody)

Arjuna Ranatunga
Matthew Hayden
Darren Lehmann (played for Yorkshire *hiss*)
Brian Lara (again. He's just TOO good)
Saurav Ganguly
John Crawley (messed Lancashire around)
Richard Blakey+ (DIE, YORKSHIRE SCUM!!!!!)
Andrew Hall (just don't like the look of him)
Shaun Pollock (ginger. end of story)
Brett Lee
Waqar Younis
Changed my mind. Substituting Crawley out of my Hated XI and putting in Botham, who I REALLY, REALLY hate now
