The toolbar thingy should appear below the address bar in Internet Explorer.

Here's hoping we break 16,000 tomorrow!

Awesome, James.

This is becoming a rollercoaster ride of success.

I reckon that our blanket coverage of the World Cup will help us break into the top 10,000 before it's over (the World Cup, not the rollercoaster ride).

Are we not due another update soon? Either today or tomorrow right?? Either that or it already has and there's no change!

Why hasn't the rating changed? there's been a huge amount of hits surely from the World Cup but the rating hasn't changed....have we overloaded the system by hitting it to much??

The 13,360 stat is a 3 month average.

I've just checked the average for the last week and we were 9,050. That's the first time I've ever seen us in the top 10,000

we are settling around 8,000 in the rank..brilliant!

I hope we will settle behind cricinfo as the best specialist cricket site..

Of course, a good way to get the hits up is for all our regular users to have the Alexa toolbar installed

This site won't be like cricinfo for the amount of info they have, but the reason this is better is because it has audience interaction at a high level :D

I agree, plus they employ many people all around the world so they are in a class of their own. I think they are the best sports site of them all...

Erm, so does CW.

I think we have staff members from all continents?

No CW doesn't employ people from all around the world. They have many volunteers contributing, but none are employed. That is the difference.

My toolbar still says 13,360.

Cricinfo is a multi million pound business so they can afford to pay people from all around the world, they also have a hell of a lot of advertising which we dont !
