No Younis Khan and Kane Williamson?

Ali TT

International Debutant
The whole red ball cricket criterion is a bit unfair to batters who had to face Wasim and Waqar back in the 80s and 90s...

Jumno

State 12th Man
I feel Steve Waugh and Border should be higher. They were both in the top 25 in the ESPN/Wisden legends of cricket list.

Neil Young

State Vice-Captain
I think a few should be higher, and a few should be lower. Some who are on it, shouldn't be. And some who aren't, should be.

Don't push me for specifics.

Everyone’s entitled to their own view and considering the criteria this one is pretty damn valid, even if I disagree with some of it. If we look at all long form cricket, Graeme Pollock at number 5 for example is pretty justified.

Much to disagree with in the opening post, including how low Stan McCabe is in the list, but at least he's there, so kudos to MexicanRiver for that

Waqar played 12 ODI matches in the 80s and took 12 wickets in them. no great shakes imo.
