Starc's e/r is 5.26, while Lee's was 4.76.

That equates to Starc going for 52.6 off an average 10 overs which is quite good for this era, and Lee going for 47.6 which is pretty bad for that era.
nah it's the opposite, the "eras" weren't different enough to make up that much difference (if at all). Wouldn't surprise me if the average scores in games Lee played were higher than those Starc has. If we're going of the economy rates, they indicate Starc was looser.

Lee is also mates with Alan Jones so he should never have been picked to play for Australia
