Don't want a pool of players so big that it negates our draft strategy so far. Or allows a handful of great players that advantage the first 2 or 3 to pick in the last round.

How about stick with the pool that we have but pick from any team regardless of the previous pick.
And if we need to have a gimmick to make it more interesting, to be fair to all teams that have achieved practically as much as south Africa, allow a Kenyan since they made the semis once.

Yeah I think not doing too much is the right call. For the final round, there are no restrictions as far as teams are concerned. Just pick anyone who has played an ODI WC final. Round XI order will be up in a moment.
