Test match Records that will never be broken !!

I just saw a stat on cricinfo. The record for most wickets in a single day of test cricket was 27, set in 1888. The most in the last 50 years has been 22. If they got that many wickets, they must be amazing bowlers and/or awful batsmen on both teams, plus the pitch doing a fair bit. Chances are the game would be called off before the record could be broken because the pitch wasn't up to test match standards.

If it has lasted 100+ years, chances are it will be around for a while longer.

Haven't read the thread in totality, but I don't think Border's record for most consecutive tests will ever be beaten.
