To note an obvious one, Vic Richardson was a grandfather of the Chappells. There have been a few D'Olivieiras. Ben and Adam Hollioake were brothers as well.

EDIT: There have been at least two related Butchers I know of (Mark and Roland).
Are you sure about Mark and Roland Butcher being related? I'm not convinced.
But Mark was son of the son of Surrey opening batsman Alan Butcher.

EDIT
Turns out that Roland Butcher is a cousin on the WI batsman Basil Butcher.

The Headleys.

Representing two countries of course. No idea how many families have achieved that, but not many you'd think.

EDIT
Keaton and Ray Jennings spring to mind, if you include SA's matches against 'rebel' sides during SA's period of isolation.

Surprisingly no mention of the Mohammed brothers who represented Pakistan from the 1950s to 1970s

In an 1892 Test Alec, George and John T Hearne played for England and Frank Hearne played for South Africa.

Yup.

There's probably a few cases of older generation representing pre-partition India and subsequent generations representing Pakistan, or maybe even Bangladesh.
Jahangir Khan was the father of Majid Khan, for example.

England should call up Riki Wessels for the Test middle order, would bring that family to 3

Yeah, you seem to be right although Mark seems to have a load of cricketing family members as well according to Cricinfo.

George Bailey's great, great grandfather, surprisingly enough also George Bailey, was a member of the 1878 Australian touring party

Apart from the names already mentioned I can think of -

Derek and Don Pringle
Sam Guillen and Logan van Beek
The Pataudis
Wazir Ali and Khalid Wazir
Ghulam Ahmed and Asif Iqbal
Jahangir Khan and Majid/Bazid Khan
Frank Hearne and George Hearne

Albert Trott, Boyd Rankin and Ed Joyce have played for two countries and have siblings who have played international cricket too, so they qualify. Obviously if we're doing cousins, nephews etc. there are quite a few more
