James has every right to keep the cash as far as I'm concerned. There's no obligation to give it to employees or to charities.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought CW was being run on a not for profit basis at this point in time. This would mean that something would have to be done about any theoretical profits earned asides from pocketing them, which I would'nt grudge James.

Wasn't that dealt with later in this thread? Pretty much any revenue raised ends up going back into server costs, vBulletin upgrades, etc.

I talked to him about this about a year or so ago. Before we got all of this new advertising he was paying for it all out of his pocket. Now I think CW makes a profit but all of it goes back into upgrades and the like.
