We ask every player to sign up once again, since there have been some problems with the previous sign-up. So, here are the rules for the new edition:
Every player gets 17 points to spend.
These points are divided amongst the four statistics, each statistic must be allocated at least 1 point.
Attack (Att)
Defence (Def)
Kicking (Kik)
Temperament (Temp)
Each player must also choose an amount of seasons they have played
This must be between 0 (Rookie) and 10(Seasoned veteran).
This number is very important, as it has a number of effects:
For every 2 seasons played, a player will get one extra point to spend. ie if you have played 2 seasons, you will have 18 points, 4 seasons 19 points etc.
The amount of seasons you have played limits the maximum you may spend on a skill.
1. If you have played between 0 & 2 seasons, you will be limited to spending 7 points on each individual skill.
2. If you have played between 3 & 4 seasons, you will be limited to 8 points per skill.
3. If you have played between 5 & 6 seasons, you will be limited to 9 points per skill.
4. If you have played 7 or more seasons, you will be limited to 10 points per skill.
Kicking
Kicking is an important skill in the game of rugby, yet few people are actually very good at it. Most people will therefore have a skill of 1 for kicking.
IF, however, you wish to be good at kicking, for every 3 points after the first point you spend, you will get an extra point to spend on your choice of the other three skills.
eg.
Player A has 17 points to spend, and chooses to spend 4 points on kicking, leaving him 13 points normally to spend on Att, Def, and Temp. However, in this case player A will get an extra point to spend, allowing 14 points to be spent on Att, Def, and Temp.
Positions
People must elect 2 positions that they are able to play - and they'll be unable to play anywhere else, so choose wisely

4. Centre
5. Winger
6. Stand Off/ Five-Eighth
7. Scrum Half/Half Back
8. Prop
9. Hooker
10. Prop
11. Second Row
12. Second Row
