Against big teams he always seems to go missing. Flopped in the real area, test matches, so can't be defined as a match winner.
What is Pakistan's finest accomplishment of the last decade?

It is winning the t20 world cup in 2009, who was Man Of The Match in the semi final and final? It was Afridi.

He has clocked up MOM awards

Records | One-Day Internationals | Individual records (captains, players, umpires) | Most player-of-the-match awards | ESPN Cricinfo

Afridi has been cursed especially in the last few years to be in a team with absolute ****e batting. So often when he comes to the crease miracles are needed, its simply not fair on the man.

He has his flaws and he has lost games, but Pakistan would have accomplished even less than they have in the last decade without him.

He will leave a huge hole once gone tbh.

Yes, his Billy Bunter-like physique will be missed by all, I am sure.

On second thoughts, yeah maybe some hyperbole.

However if you have watched Pakistan in limited overs cricket in the last 12 months, you can see why he will be such a loss as their is so much ****e in that team.
