He was definitely less bad this time but given how much he annoyed everyone and wasted so much mod and member time with his previous thousand accounts, he can't expect to just be let back in without serving the initial ban.
I'm totally up for reducing the ban on his vidiq account to something like 6 months if he doesn't start new accounts in between, but we can't set incentives in a way where people think they can just do what he's done and it'll be fine afterwards if one of their accounts is slightly less annoying.

Narayana has been banned forever for creating a gazillion multis. All the multis are banned forever.
I'm open to letting vidiq back after six months if he reaches out and accepts those terms without trying to create more accounts in between.
