That's one hell of a batting unit backed by powerful bowling lineup.

Bowling lineup will be:

Imran Khan - right arm fast
Mike Procter - right arm fast
Garth Le Roux - right arm fast
Clive Rice - right arm fast medium
Aubrey Faulkner - leg break googley
Charles Macartney - slow left arm orthodox

Is this going to be an 11-round draft? It was announced as a 12-round draft at the start.

Either way, I'll pick Jimmy Sinclair.

Colin Milburn
Farokh Engineer+
Frank Woolley
Wally Hammond
Ted Dexter*
Jimmy Sinclair
Gilbert Jessop
Richard Hadlee
Maurice Tate
Jim Smith
Dick Attewell

10 renowned big-hitters/quick scorers of their day, plus Attewell, who was a bit of a wild-card pick as the most economical bowler in Test history. If he fails, there's plenty of other bowling options, with 9 men who bowled enough in Tests to achieve at least a 4-for.

That is an amusing degree of batting depth. Procter is sitting at 10, and I reckon I'd pick him for this format as a specialist bat. You might actually be better off playing your specialist middle order as your tail.

Final pre-T20 xi
Clyde Walcott
Keith Stackpole
Stan McCabe
Michael Bevan
Doug Walters
Kapil Dev c
Jack Gregory
Rod Marsh
Alan Davidson
Bill O'Reilly
BS Chandrasekhar

Walcott and McCabe are powerful stroke players at the top, while Stackpoles game is better suited to T20 than the forms he played in. Bevan will.keep the score ticking over and pace the batting chase while Walters, Kapil, Gregory and Marsh can clear the boundary at the other end. Davidson, Kapil and Gregory are a very good fast bowling unit, but I really like my aggressive spin attack of O'Reilly and Chandrasekhar who should be well suited to T20 Cricket.
