Australia did us a favour there, much appreciated.

Never mind the fact that, if we do make it, we'll probably qualify fourth and come up against Australia again in the semis. :(

I reckon both of SA and WI will make the semis if WI's NRR doesn't hurt them. Could be a 3-way battle between India, NZ, and England for the last semifinal spot.
