Macmillan and co. seemed to think that 300 was the par score for the pitch and venue.
They've got a reasonable point. 262 is the lowest first innings score in the past 11 ODIs at McLean Park with six of those 11 totals over 300.

For 300 to 320 we're going to need these two plus Williamson to get us to 220/3 at 40th over and then use Ryder and Franklin as lower order hitters.

Because after them it's Ellis, Mills, Nethula, Southee, McKay

...and there goes Guptill :(

Is this one of the smaller NZ grounds guys? Why is 320 a minimum? Flat pitch also?

Not watching at work unfortunately. Hopefully be home in time to see a good chase.

Typically the best pitch for batsmen in the country, plus the boundaries are tiny square of the wicket since its essentially a rugby ground.

Guptill is a dream come true from a punter's pov. Just wait for him to get to 40, and then make an "x and under" bet. It never fails.

And to add to this the contemplation of SA batsmen vs. NZ's bowling attack. :(

Nice to see we haven't stagnated after losing a wicket for once, Williamson's done well in his 11 off 10 balls.
