This innings is a good example to show how Rahane and Rohit are different attitude-wise : Rahane was scoring close to run-a-ball when he was batting with Kohli. As soon as Kohli got out, he knew India is in trouble, so he slowed down and played more cautiously. His SR is 55 now, it was around 80 IIRC when Kohli got out. Although he's a very attacking batsman, he plays very much according to the situation. Rohit on the other hand...

A lot of people were saying Rahane isn't very good v spin though. He averages nearly 60 at home in Ranji. You don't do that if you can't play spin.
Ya he's good on tracks like these, and not on tracks like the Nagpur one...just like Amla - who is a good player of spin in general unless it's a rank turner or dustbowl...
