Still looks like a baby deer at the crease thoughGood 100 from green. His power hitting has come a long way since his debut.
Scorecard won't remotely capture just how infuriating that innings was to watchCarey isn't even celebrating his 50 lol.
I thought it was a bit strange he came in ahead of Inglis tbh. Was probably some "left hand/right hand" bull**** tactic. If Inglis faced 37 balls out there he would have made 80 or 90Scorecard won't remotely capture just how infuriating that innings was to watch
It's a road, and short boundaries. Still a big score but not a good place to be a bowler.Yikes our poor bowlers![]()
Bosch was pretty good tbh, the only quick who looked like he had any idea as to how to contain the scoringBoth Bosch and Mulder playing as frontline bowlers is something that would never happen in a serious game. Fully expecting them to score 100+ between them now that I've said that though.
They should both be vying for that Abdul Razzaq spot though. Mulder is probably better when there's something in the pitch and Bosch on roads but you shouldn't be banking on em to get you 10 overs regularly. Feel like SA needed a proper bowler in place of an AR today.Bosch was pretty good tbh, the only quick who looked like he had any idea as to how to contain the scoring
The problem was Maphaka had a horror show , and they probably felt they wanted to protect the kids confidence by not letting him bowl 10 and maybe concede 100 so Bosch and Mulder were asked do a job they normally aren't comfortable with. They should both be vying for that Abdul Razzaq spot though.
