On face value , like if you woke up from a coma and heard that Morocco is in the semi final then absolutely it's a bye ...

But then I think it's not so straightforward :

1. This is the last representative of the Arab nations , basically they have the biggest fan representation in Qatar and you can see the players are playing with more adrenaline and passion than most teams .

2. Pound for pound they are the best defensive team in the world cup , like seriously it's impressive enough to defeat Belgium, Spain,Portugal and draw with Croatia but to keep all these teams scoreless in such important matches? Don't care who you are that's freaking world class.

And besides what do they have to lose ? All the pressure is on England and France to win cause they know the media will grill them if they don't ...This Morocco side is horrible to play against in the nicest possible way .
