Stop defending Marsh so much commentators. His % of single figure scores is probably a record for an Australian top 6 bat over the last fifty years

Getting styled on by HTBs Pujara and Ashwin away from the subcontinent in the year 2018, ffs Australia 8-). Can't rely on them for anything on the one occasion I want them to win.

Went downstairs, did the wife-enforced mowing session, came back up just in time to see that awful shot by Khawaja. Utterly unforgivable.

Marsh and Handscomb, the guys who denied us Ranchi test win. If one of these folks get out at <100, then it's a very interesting game.

Changes for 2nd test should be Burns, Renshaw, and Maxwell all into the top 6 but the only change will be the return of Mitchell Marsh.

Good for you. Who did you enforce the mowing session on?

Well yeah, the 14 man squad is already named for first 2 tests (also Renshaws form doesn't deserve it, but would have been nice to have Burns opening here instead of Finch)

Strangely enough, I can vividly recall Khawaja's debut 37 almost ball-for-ball.

36 Tests @ 43 - was more expected of him back when he debuted or was the hype bigger than what i can remember?
He's the only Australian in the top 7 who'd make the NZ team. Must be under a lot of pressure with his brother as well
