Due to recent confusion, all ground conditions must be named here.

DO NOT NAME YOUR XI IN HERE.

Note (the friendly mod here) - for those unsure, here are the guidelines:

Pace (0-10; 10 is excellent for pace, 1 is poor)
Spin (0-10; 10 is excellent for spin....)
Medium (0-10; as above)

Bounce (1-5; 1 is bounciest)
Wear at start of Test (1-5; 5 is very worn and 1 is perfect)

NZ and SL to be named.

New Rule
If the pitch conditions are not named in sufficient time, ie 10 hours for an opposing (touring) manager to name his side, the home side will be penalized 5 points in addition to forfeiting the match.

Are we all in agreement?

Maybe a tad harsh, how about the opposition manager gets to pick his favoured conditions :D (Note: Rich better get himself in gear :P)

But sides that don't submit because they weren't able to pick a team according to the conditions aren't really at fault. A manager has a right to see the conditions before he picks his team.

Rule ammended to be less harsh:

Rule #9
If pitch conditions are named sufficiently late that the opposing touring manager is not able to submit his XI by the deadline, the home side will be penalized 10 points and the game will be played in the same conditions as the last game.

All agreed?

Unacceptable pitch conditions. Must be altered ASAP.

what's so bad about our pitch?? look @ the pitches pakistan played against us!! we're playing a spinning pitch, like the pakistani's played a dead pitch. i think it's double standards if we can't!
