Well for one thing, using floodlights with a new red ball changes a lot of things and is sort of unfair to the batting team (which, by the way, isn't responsible for the loss of overs). It's still okay if both teams agree to use it whenever required throughout the series; but with two venues not having the facility, imagine a situation wherein one of these two teams is denied an extra few overs due to bad light later on in the series. Just makes things uneven.

And obviously in a nation that has much bigger things to worry about than cricket, say hunger, poverty and malnutrition, you cannot just rant on about why the other two stadiums do not have floodlights installed.
