See, this is what happens when you schedule games 6 days apart from each other. We start plotting the future of the National Party, which no doubt is important because they have the future of our country more within their capability than the Kind Krew, but I'd rather talk about cricket
I'm sure they'd love to play Finn Allen after the Ford Trophy blitzkrieg, but you're not leaving out Gup after he hit form (and Allen isn't in the squad given Gup is fit, right?). Maybe 'rest' Seifert later on and give Phillips the gloves? Although Phillips now has said he doesn't really want them
I'd be playing Sodhi right through unless he gets it as badly wrong again, Wellington is going to be a hell of a turner and burner by game 5 if they're using the same deck. Not that interested in Bennett playing, and Chapman really only has Neesham's spot to eye up + doesn't give a bowling option. Keep the side the same until the Bangers.

i wouldn't mind chapman getting a game as a specialist batsman. there's something to the guy, and i wouldn't be surprised to see him at #5 or #6 in the odi wc

But seriously even if he doesn't want to do it full time, he and/or Conway will probably be the backup keeper in the WC squad so it's probably important to give one of them a game with the gloves every so often in the lead up.

Please can we take politics out of this thread, it's making me start disliking posters who I normally enjoy.
Can we go back to ****ting on NZ cities? The worst is clearly Tauranga/The Mount. Has absolutely no redeeming features whatsoever. It's a haven for Auckland rejects who couldn't afford a house here and didn't want to be seen dead in Hamilton (which is undergoing a sort of rebranding to become a decentish city now). People **** on about the beaches or natural splendour but the beaches are full of dog**** new money assholes who think H&M is a posh brand. There is basically no town centre and the main shopping attraction seems to be an awful mall.
Invercargill is actually a pleasant enough place to visit (live there, maybe not). It's got a nice enough town centre. Don't think it deserves the hate it gets.
Actually there's one town that hasn't been mentioned: Queenstown. Exists purely for international tourist money, is prohibitive for any New Zealander to visit on a budget, and treats its worker like cattle. Seems to get a pass because #pretty

Listen, when you see an Audi driver its up to you to guess, and correctly too.
I'm starting to feel pretty attacked by NZTailender, he's mentioned me without name in about 3-4 of those scenarios 
Yeah, it hurts...but it sucks. You know that as much as anyone.
