I think OP said we can take one player who did not take a single wicket so that solves the wicket keeper question. Also my another question- best bowler in one innings or combined both innings figure

suppose X picked up 5-40 in one innings but Y picked up 4-20 and 5-30 in first and second innings so who to pick?

The way i read it its BBM not BBI as per example provided in OP .

(So you can only pick at most one person who never took a wicket in Tests; and you couldn't (for example) pick both Wasim Raja (best match figures 6-86) and Winston Benjamin (best match figures 6-105)).

There are only three people who picked up 10 fer. We have to pick 11 players. How to compensate that

Huh ? on BBM stats there is cricketers who took 19 wickets in a match . However also good point on why we cannot do BBI . I didn't think that far as i had it at BBM and was already busy creating a list for myself for quick reference and some investigation needed . I am sure there is going to be a clear strategy here .

Statsguru doesn't let you pull out "everyone whose best match figures are 12-for-something" (as far as I can tell), but it will sort players by their best bowling figures in a match, e.g. Statsguru link .

If someones best match figure in career is 12/50 but in some other match if he was the best bowler with 11/40 in the match then can I pick him with 11/40

Regular picks get 8 hours, but since this is being launched unannounced, no time outs before 12 noon UTC on Jan 31st (i.e. no time outs in the first 16 hours or so of the draft, so hopefully everyone gets a chance to see it first).

Even rounds will (as usual) follow the reverse order of the previous round.
