Never know any Indian/Sri Lankan girl to find Symonds overly attractive, Dhoni yeah. Or were you refering the something else?
Marketing isn't always good looks though. Its individuality. Symonds is completely different.

Plus a lot of Indians already hate him, and hate sells.

Whereas Ponting is just a hairy guy who is good at cricket.

 at Parthiv Patel being picked up so quickly. Obviously his home state?
Just looked at it again and looks like Chennai ****ed over their home keeper Karthik or they got ****ed over by Delhi. Seems strange looking at it again, especially with Dhoni in the side.

Very odd that. Shows that other Indian players might end up anywhere. Agarkar might end up in the Bangalore side with the way things are going.

Fleming for only $25,000 more than Parthiv Patel? Very surprised about that. Ponting's also a comparable steal at only $400,000.

Have to say that Chennai looking pretty impressive, the best spin bowler in the world, the best all rounder (at least so the rating say) in the world, the Indian ODI captain and an ex-New Zealand captain.

Plus a batsman who carved up at the World T20. Hayden hit 4 50s in that tournament.

Why didn't Mumbai sign Taibu. They got no money left and he would be cheapest keeper and only keeper left. Seems very strange. Only Dilshan, Mike Hussey and Uthappa can keep at sufficient level left out the rest of batsmen left. They really stuffed here.

Do they think they have a local junior who they want to keep?

That Bangalore side looks much better with Cameron White in it. Ajit Agarkar in Kolkata?!
But how cool will it be to see Sachin Tendulkar and Shaun Pollock play together, that'll be pretty awesome.

Chennai with Albie Morkel....again making a very good signing IMO.

Scott Styris must feel a little cheated at only $175k!! While Cam White takes home half a million!

Edit: LOL why does the o in Morkel automatically come up with a cross through it?
