The Test side (aside from Sanga keeping) is ok, the ODI side is fine but the T20I side does not look good. I think there are IPL sides that could get the better of that line up.

Yeah it goes completely against the entire weight of tactical thinking these days in T20 cricket. You just don't need that many batsmen, most of the time 6 and 7 will barely get a hit and you should actually be picking specialists from 5 down.

yep, it's basically a nine man team with a bunch of specialist fielders

Nah over the whole decade, Broad is probably a fair shout to be first picked. He and Anderson are alone in having been extremely consistent through the entire period.

Sanga vs KW is a tough call as a pure #3, because of the cropped timeline, but Sanga deserved to be in over him. ABdV as keeper bat makes more sense, though Watling gives him a tough run for his money.

even without that rider, buttler is legitimately verging on atg status as far as odi keeper-batsmen go.

Ehhh, problem was Sanga only went up to 2015. That extra 5 years helps Williamson's case massively even if Sangakkara was arguably better in his prime.

Test side not too bad bar Sanga keeping, should be De Villiers or Watling instead. ODI side again I don't have that much problems with but I don't really like Shakib at 5 (but then again who of Sharma/Warner/Kohli/de Villiers/Taylor was a passable 6th bowler?)

If you are going on CWCs surely you pick Sanga for ODI keeper (4 100s in 2015)

I think Broad and Stokes in the test team and Sanga as keeper are the most debatable test wise.
