Some might think that I am stupid, but I write what I am thinking.
In limited-over games, out should mean the end of that over.
This means there will be no hat-tricks, but this will make the game faster.
And the number of balls of 1 over should be 6 in limited-over games, and 8 in Tests.

No it does not mean that. Why do you want to make the game faster for, got somewhere to be?

Loko, no one will take you seriously unless you make a compelling argument as to why your suggestions make an improvement to the game. Right now you're just throwing them out there without backing them up.

Okay. The 0.000026 number is mistaken. Given that in one ODI, 6.67 hat-tricks are possible (given that hat-trick deliveries can be carried on to the next match), and that there have been 3355 ODIs to date, the total number of possible hat-tricks would be 22377.85. The actual number of ODI hat-tricks have been 33.
No they can't.

I am not proposing Laws change at an ICC conference. I simply wrote an idea.
Do you mean "In limited-over games, out should mean the end of that over."?
The reason is simple: This makes the games faster. Do you not agree?

And I am interested in the Indoor Cricket rule -- 4 balls no run is out -- is interesting. This would make the game faster in normal turf Cricket.

Ah, the quirk of the cricket lover - The game that takes 5 days and usually ends up drawn is fast enough. And you wonder why some fools can't love it for what it is.

I was thinking that "hat-trick" means 3 outs in 3 balls by a single bowler. But is it not necessary for a hat-trick to be done by one bowler?

For example,

10.5 LBW
10.6 Caught
11.1 Bowled

Is this also a hat-trick?
