Sachin is the most consistent against all teams in all conditions ever, but I think a lot of people see him as a bit vanilla early in a draft.
I think Sachin while he too could win matches off his bat was just a fraction below the Windies greats (in tests that is), Richards and Tendulkar above Lara in ODI's
