The Dutch are going to be guns in a couple of seasons. I've pulled two potential NT players for them in the last two weeks, a fast all rounder with finisher talent and a wrist spinner today.

Already have a reas/avg 17yo Dutch RFM, ftr.

This is what I would pay for your guys, but I might be mildly out of touch (probably low) too:

Baldwin 125-175k
Crosthwaite 500-600k
Davis 400-500k
Sainsbury 150-200k
Sims 500-600k
Lynch 375-450k

Bit on the generous side I think. I would hold out til the capables hit reliable or accomplished personally, instead of getting 200-300k you'll get 500k+ for a reliable and 1m for accomplisheds

Yeah, ordinary probably a couple of levels too low to bother with. Have a few reliable bowlers with ordinary bat, not sure whether I should put one of them on batting training or not.

Windsor's very nice. I'd switch Kelleway to bowling/bowling tech and fitness. All-rounder training is too underpowered for me - you only get slightly more than half of the usual primary training for bat & bowl each and you lose out on technique.

haha dude, had such a massive win today in the youth league, forgot to set my orders so my default nub team was out, and we were so ****ed all day, the other team ran up 252 on a green withouth breaking a sweat and in the chase we were totally ****ed, both openers got ducks, and we were around 44/3 at one point, and despite a couple of partnerships we were still losing wickets easily but ultimate badman Leroy Abraham comes out at #5 and literally wins the game by himself with a ridiculous 76 ball 131*, even with him going ballistic we still went into the last 5 overs about 5 behind the required run rate, but he just steadily smashed boundaries until the third last over when he scored about 17 in one over and left us needing only 13 from 2, which we got with two balls to spare. So god damn stoked about that

My opposition ran up over 300 from 40 overs, and we fell about 8 short in chasing.

The massive amounts of prize money at the end of the season should cover most gaps, so just hang in there
